Imagine a world where differences are valued and celebrated. This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is #breakthebias.

To mark the occasion, we’ve invited Gill Whitty-Collins as our wonderful speaker. Gill has occupied some exciting leadership positions throughout her career. While she didn’t feel gender inequality affected her career, she started to feel the effects of it a few years ago. This inspired her to write the book “Why Men Win At Work”.

Our interactive webinar is partly about giving the issue of gender inequality the attention it deserves, but much more about how our society can join forces to “make inequality history”.

Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends to join you and explore these exciting questions:

  • Why do men win at work?
  • If women have the same leadership qualities, why are they still so underrepresented?
  • Why do we still live in a “man’s world”?
  • What can each and every one of us do to break the bias?

We will be giving away 50 copies of Gill Whitty-Collin’s book “Why Men Win At Work” to some lucky participants.

Register now on the webinar and with a bit of luck, you will be one of the happy winners.
